Instructions on Meditation techniques to come.

Guided meditations are great - they can be a really good introduction to meditation and a nice boost when needed.
A good guided meditation can often help us surrender the need to do anything aside from follow the guides instructions and simply be with the object of meditation - which for many of us is a great relief.
If done well the guide will create a space where one feels safe and free to explore meditation wholeheartedly with our wondering whether or not they are doing it right.

The draw back I see in guided meditation is that one hands over there ability to come back to the object of meditation to an external force and creates special conditions (i.e. needing to have some one or something to guide you) to do something that could otherwise require very little.

The below instructions are for seekers who want to experience the full freedom that meditation can open to us. For those who want to train there own capacity to tune in - recognise when they've tuned out and redirect themselves back to the path. For those who want to be there own guide.
