BREATH

“Breath is the foundation of your being.”

Try this simple practice:
Everyday spend 3 - 30 minutes tuning into the sensations of the breath.
It may take some time to train your attention to stay with the breath.
You may notice boredom, you may notice you’ve got a busy mind, you may think of 101 things you could be doing instead of tuning in with the breath.
This is all part of the practice. That’s why meditation is called a practice.
When you notice these things gently guide attention back to the breath (it’s been there for you forever - can’t you be there for it for 15 minutes?)
