1. The Essence of our Hero's Lies With In Us ...... tune into it and let it out

Think of 3 people you really look up -

Write down a list of the traits/characteristics that make them who they are.

Meditate on these traits - consider them deeply - what do you like about these characteristics.

Each day choose one of the traits and go be mindful of taking opportunities to practice that characteristic through out the day - you may even start the day with an affirmation - e.g. "I am courageous"

2. Make Promises to Yourself and Keep them 

Every week write a list of things you want to do and accomplish - 

divide the tasks up into the days of the week 

every day complete the tasks (if at the end of the day you have't done the task make a note of why and a commitment to do it a.s.a.p.

at the end of the week check how much of the list you completed.

If you scored..........

under 80% make a shorter list for next week.

between 80% - 95% write similar length list for next week

95 - 100% write a slightly longer list for next. 

 

3. Behold the Beauty, Intelligence and Grace of Mother Nature, the Cosmos, the Universe
(and recognise you're part of it).

This one's super simple but when it hits you it's profound ......... choose your favourite natural setting - sunrise over the ocean (or set for my brothers and sisters in the west), star filled sky on a clear night, mountains, forests, waterfalls - a mediate on the fact that you're part of it - you are deeply connected to this beautiful unfolding - this is cause for massive self belief and faith.
