Be as honest as you can answering this, there may be some answers that part of you isn’t really proud of but the courage to face these things may help you do something to improve them or at least accept them in a open and honest way.

Make a little note next to each day about why it’s awesome or why it’s not.

Could you change what you do? Could you change the way that you do it?
Could you change your mindset on the things that you can’t change?
